After 10 years of dividing my time as a full-time photojournalist for The Washington Times and building Connor Studios as one of the premier sources for true Wedding Photojournalism in the DC area, I am happy to announce that we are now full time with Connor Studios!
Originally, we had planned to leave the paper and solely focus on Connor Studios on May 1st. However, with the sweeping changes at the Times, the entire photo department was released on New Year’s Eve thus moving our timeline up.
This is actually wonderful news for you and for us! It allows us to focus 100% on your needs and provide you with your photographs and albums even faster than before. What it won’t change is the amazing quality we have been known for over the last decade.
This also allows Connor Studios to grow with our brides and grooms. More of our past brides and grooms are turning to us as they begin their families for maternity, infant and baby portraits and family lifestyle portraits. We are thrilled to grow with you and your new family!
2010 is going to see a TON more blog postings as we can dedicate our time to it, so please add us to your RSS or blog reader and check back regularly.

As a side note, we are getting excited to announce a “new addition” to Connor Studios around January 25th!! We are still in heated negotiations about a name but can’t wait to see him. I’m sure his little face will be popping up often here. If you have a good boy name (that isn’t Connor), leave us a comment below!
