I was very excited for Lindana and Christian’s wedding. It was a small wedding around 45 guests which I hadn’t been to since MY wedding. They chose to do a very comfortable wedding surrounded by good friends and amazing food at The Inn at Little Washington out near the Shenandoah Mountains. If you haven’t been, you absolutely must go once in your life. The place is amazing and the food might be some of the best you will ever eat.
Unfortunately both of them had to deal with a little bit of rain during the ceremony but they still got married on the back lawn with some of the staff from the Inn holding umbrellas for them. I know it’s probably never the ideal choice but it made for great photographs. The low clouds over the mountains in the background did provide for a very dramatic backdrop throughout the day.
And how can I not mention the two flower girls! Not to get any of our other flower girls upset but I don’t know if two more beautiful flower girls have ever existed!!
The day was beautiful and Whitney and I couldn’t have been happier to share it with them.
