Amanda and Matt earned a LOT of respect in my book this morning! Not only did they choose to come out before sunrise for their engagement photographs but I believe it was hovering around the 30 degree mark and Amanda wore a beautiful purple dress and complained less than anyone I have ever seen. Everyone that came by in their winter coats, gloves, scarves, hats… did a double take when they saw her. At the peak of cherry blossoms, we are usually not the only engagement session out there at sunrise but today we didn’t see another couple at all!
Once they saw the light, I think they understood that the photos would be worth it and they definitely were. I can Photoshop out goosebumps but I can’t Photoshop in this quality of light.
Thank you to both of you for not only braving the elements but for being so positive about it all. I hope you love your photographs!
