It’s always fun getting to the last wedding of your busy season. It’s like running a marathon and seeing the finish line…
Well, I assume…
It’s the closest I am going to get to running a marathon AND seeing the finish line!
I do know that you walk in wanting to have fun making great photos and that wasn’t much of a problem at Bhumika and Aashish’s wedding. Everywhere you turned, it was beautiful!
The weather was chilly (ok, it was cold but I think chilly sounds nicer). It didn’t stop the two of them from heading outside for portraits. Thank you for making it look so warm!
We had a great team that day. Mary Calvert is a two-time Pulitzer finalist and Garrett Hubbard is an INSANELY good photojournalist/wedding photographer (and waaaay too nice of a guy). Even our assistant Madeline Marshall (a photojournalist at Politico) was overqualified for the job! The worst part of that is editing down all the images!
