We started off August with Daddy’s Birthday! The kids, Dad and I all went to DC to celebrate. We went to the Natural History and Air and Space museum. Grace and Dad even rode the Merry-Go-Round on the Mall. Grace really enjoyed the dinosaurs, rocket ships, planes, and bugs at the museum. We then had yummy Caramel Cake when we came home from the day with Diego Party Decorations that Grace had picked out. We surprised Daddy with a great Foot and leg massager. It was a really wonderful day!
That weekend, Uncle Ro came to visit all of us. Grace, Mike, and Uncle Ro went kayaking at Quiet Waters Park which Grace just loved. We were so happy that she stayed in the boat and just helped Daddy row. The kids just loved spending time with Uncle Ro. He was so wonderful with the two of them and is welcome anytime!
