While Andrew was out in Virginia with a massive (normal) Hindu wedding, I was in DC with a very intimate Hindu wedding. Both were stunning and just worked perfectly with each bride and groom.
Neena and Greg’s Hindu wedding was a perfect fit for the W. The Mandap and all the decor was beautiful and modern. Everything about the day was beautiful (even the October snowstorm!).
One of the things I loved about the two of them is how they insisted on including all of the children in their families in the wedding. Greg’s three-year-old daughter and all of their nieces and nephews blew bubbles as Neena processed into the room which was so sweet. When I asked Neena if there was anything else they needed before we left, her only request was that we got a lot of photos of the kids.
I know Greg was a bit worried about the first dance but it looked beautiful! Of course the GW Bhangra dance team always puts on a good show as well!
The night was beautiful and I couldn’t be happier for them. I also need to thank Deb Lindsey for photographing with me.
